The Shocker Store will be regularly updating this page with the most current information regarding store hours, pickup or shipping options, etc. Also, please stay tuned to our Shocker Store and your local campus’ social media pages for updates as they come.
I WANT TO PURCHASE AN ITEM, BUT DON'T SEE IT ONLINE. AM I ABLE TO PURCHASE IT?

Yes! While we are attempting to serve students and customers from various campuses, you are always welcome to reach out to us directly at 316-978-3490 from Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm. We will be more than happy to assist you with course material questions/orders, Shocker gear, medical supplies, graduation items, school supplies, or anything else you may be looking to purchase. Our Shocker Store team is working hard to get as much of our products online as quickly as possible, even if your campus location is closed. So, check back frequently to see what new items have been added.

AM I STILL ABLE TO BUY ONLINE & HAVE THE PRODUCTS SHIPPED TO A SATELLITE CAMPUS OR PICK UP IN STORE FOR A FREE SHIPPING OPTION?

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick up. Please review this email carefully to see which items are available & those that may be on backorder. Orders can be picked up in store at our RSC location only. Stop at the customer service desk when you enter the store & let them know you're here to pick up your online order.


Order delivery to the WSU South, WSU West, & WSU NCAT campus locations is currently not available.

CAN I STILL PURCHASE COURSE MATERIALS FOR THE SUMMER/FALL SEMESTER?

Of course!

  • Summer: order beginning Sunday, May 10th
  • Fall: order beginning Wednesday, July 15th

Please note, any student participating in our Access Now program will not have a physical book, these materials will be delivered to you via Blackboard.

I RENTED TEXTBOOKS FOR THE SPRING SEMESTER. CAN I STILL RETURN MY RENTALS WITHOUT PENALTY?

All spring textbook rentals were due back to the store before May 27th. Replacement cost & non-return late fees for rentals that have not been returned will be charged against the customer's secured credit card as per our Rental Agreement. WILL THERE BE A BUYBACK AT THE END OF THE SEMESTER?

The safety of our students and staff are our number one priority, therefore the end of semester buyback will be online only. We will continue to monitor the situation with COVID-19 and follow all local, state and national guidelines to determine if a face-to-face buy is possible at a future date.

Due to COVID-19, many Shocker Store staff may be working remotely at times, which could delay a response to your email/message. Rest assured that emails/voicemails are being monitored. WHAT STEPS IS THE SHOCKER STORE TAKING TO ENSURE THE HEALTH OF ITS EMPLOYEES?

The Shocker Store has increased the frequency and thoroughness of the cleaning in our stores and office spaces, including regular sanitization of common spaces, doors, handles, phones, banisters, countertops, and general equipment. We have also instituted limited essential personnel to ensure social distancing (6 feet or greater distance between personnel at all times and isolated work stations) and risk as we continue to follow all guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Wichita State University and WSU Tech, including but not limited to the wear and use of personal protective equipment such as masks and gloves and the installation of sneeze-guard barriers.
